Type of Practice: Income Tax Preparation, Audits, Mediation for Payment Plan Setup, tax research of problems, offers in compromise.    We do all states and are computerized. 

Year Tax Practice Began: 1970.

Typical Range of Tax Preparation Fees: Long form begins at $75, with $10 each additional schedule beyond Schedule A.  1120 Corporation preparation begins at $175. Partnerships begin with fee setup at $175.00. To setup a business entity with SSA-86# and state certification with corporate setup, fees begin at $350.

Minimum Tax Preparation Fee: $50 for short form.

How Tax Return Fees Charged: By schedule and complexity of issues involved.  Most fees must therefore be tailored to the task.

Education: BA, AZ State University 1969, MA in progress on TAX LAW.  Paralegal in following areas: Bankruptcy preparations, court filings, composition of abstracts and briefs, research into UCC matters involving suits on nonperformance and other issues involving contracts.

Academic Achievements: Honors at Entrance, ASU 1965, graduated Magna CUM LAUDE ASU 1969.
